Chainbridge Technologies History

Chainbridge Technologies, a software company located in Tysons Corner VA, was founded in 2003 to deliver mission-critical, operations-centric systems with an emphasis on addressing specialized scientific, engineering, and technical challenges.

We started developing our first emergency management solutions in 2004, and today our planning, preparedness, response, and recovery systems are utilized by tens of thousands of emergency managers and responders across all levels of government and the private sector. Our innovative use of cloud, mobile, GIS, and social media technologies, combined with policy and operational subject matter expertise, is applicable to the full spectrum of emergency response missions encompassing both All-Hazard and CBRN incidents. For more than 20 years Bob has specialized in designing information technology solutions addressing complex problems in the areas of emergency response, public health, and the environment. Since founding Chainbridge with Chris in 2003, Bob has provided our overall technical and strategic vision in addition to serving as the primary interface for key customers and mission areas.

Since co-founding Chainbridge, Chris has established a company-wide ethic of professionalism and devotion to our clients that ensures projects are delivered on time and in budget, leading to long-term customer relationships. While collaborating closely with Bob on business development, Chris leads our overall business and financial operations and manages internal systems and staff.

Before becoming COO, Brendan spent over a decade managing emergency response programs and supporting radiological/nuclear operations. He now oversees Chainbridge’s daily operations—ensuring processes run smoothly—and translates the CEO and President’s strategic vision into actionable plans across contracting, human resources, and business development.

Nancy brings an extensive background in finance and accounting, including positions at global and Fortune 500 companies to her role as Chief Financial Officer of Chainbridge Technologies. Nancy provides oversight of all financial functions and helps ensure that Chainbridge maximizes its fiscal resources.

Shade Hoskins leads the organization’s technology strategy, innovation, and infrastructure. He aligns technology initiatives with business objectives, driving R&D to launch new offerings and refine existing products. He continually evaluates emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence, to ensure our clients benefit from the latest advances in software development and IT.

Director of Compliance

Gini leads Chainbridge's cybersecurity compliance efforts, working closely with our customers to ensure that our processes and systems adhere to complex and evolving information assurance requirements. With extensive experience in the areas of CMMI, FIPS 199, NIST 800, and FedRAMP, Gini works with our ISSO counterparts to safeguard sensitive information and reduce operational risk.
